Minimum occurrences of the pattern (Support) % of input sequences

We suggest the users to start a pilot search with a large support constraint, ex. 100%, and MAGIIC-PRO will automatically decrease the support constraint by % iteratively until at least pattern(s) have been found.

Let l be the length of inter-block gap in the query protein which connects two successive pattern blocks. The lower and upper bound of the inter-block gap is defined as (1 - fmax)*l and (1 + fmax)*l respectively, where fmax is called the relative flexibility constraint.
